Our 3 small holiday flats have a size of approx. 45 m² plus 10 m² covered outdoor seating area. They are centrally located on a quiet town square and are part of an ensemble consisting of a historic water tower and a new building. This new wooden building is constructed in ecological solid wood. We have paid special attention to the use of biologically sound building materials. The large family flat with 90 m² plus 20m² covered outdoor seating area offers wheelchair users plenty of individual freedom of movement.

  • There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • The apartments are accessible without steps.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 88 cm wide.

Apartment 5

  • The (dining) table has limited access or is not wheelchair compatible. The work surface in the kitchen is wheelchair compatible, the sink and the stove are not. 
  • The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 1 are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 300 cm x 150 cm;
    to the left of the double bed 163 cm x 203 cm; to the right of the double bed 159 cm x 203 cm.
    The bed is 63 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in bedroom 2 are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 110 cm x 330 cm;
    to the left of the bunk bed 110 cm x 330 cm.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:  
    in front of the WC and the washbasin 292 cm x 120 cm;
    to the left of the WC 168 cm x 58 cm; to the right of the WC 33 cm x 58 cm.
  • The wheelchair compatible washbasin has limited access. The mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
  • The sleeperless shower is 168 cm x 237 cm. A shower seat is available.
  • There are no grab rails available.
  • There is no alarm trigger available.

Apartment 3

  • The (dining) table is wheelchair compatible. The work surface in the kitchen, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.
  • The threshold to the terrace is 2.5 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the sleeping area are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 500 cm x 110 cm;
    to the left of the double bed 45 cm x 203 cm; to the right of the double bed 47 cm x 203 cm. The beds can be pushed apart or placed in an L-shape, the maximum possible manoeuvring space is 160 cm x 220 cm.
  • The bed is 60 cm high.
  • The bathroom is not designed for people with disabilities (very small manoeuvring space, no grab rails, etc.). The shower is accessible over a threshold of 1 cm and is 114 cm x 120 cm. A shower seat can be provided.
  • There is no alarm trigger available.

  • There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
  • WiFi is offered. 
  • The host is a SÜW hearing comfort host and provides a Signolux Traveler Set on request. The set includes a radio bell, a receiver alarm clock with flashing signal, a vibration pillow and an alarm monitor that converts the acoustic alarm into a visual one.
