NaTour in Vreden

NaTour in Vreden

Provider: Vreden Stadtmarketing GmbH

In the very west of Vreden - in the Zwillbrocker Venn - you can observe the famous flamingos in the wild. A walk along comfortable paths leads you to the barrier-free lookout pulpit and offers unforgettable nature experiences. If you want to learn even more about the special features of the region, it is best to visit the visitor center of the Biological Station Zwillbrock. Via the barrier-free bike route NaturTour you can easily ride your bike or the rentable 3-wheel tandem to the WIRtshaus am Gänsemarkt and enjoy delicious coffee and cake. In the next Kirchdorf you can stay overnight in the Hotel-Restaurant Am Kring in the middle of a historic village ring with a lot of living comfort. In the associated restaurant you can choose between Munsterland delicacies and upscale German-French cuisine and indulge in culinary delights. For larger travel groups, an overnight stay in the guest house of the biological station Zwillbrock is also an option.

Vreden Stadtmarketing GmbH has put together the vacation inspiration "NaTour".

You travel comfortably by your own car or by public transport. You can take the S70 express bus and the X80 cotton express from Regionalverkehr Münsterland to Vreden. Both bus lines offer you connections to long-distance traffic via the train stations in Münster (S70), Bad Bentheim and Bocholt (X80), among others. For the greatest possible accessibility, the bus is step-free in the interior, can be lowered at the sides and also has a folding ramp.

On site, the barrier-free bike route NaturTour connects the individual offers. The Biological Station Zwillbrock rents out a 3-wheel tandem, a safe bicycle for two people, free of charge upon prior reservation. Further bicycles are lent by Vreden Stadtmarketing.
