  • There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • The path in front of the entrance has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 5 % over a distance of 5 m .
  • The building is accessible without steps.
  • Almost all evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible without steps. Exception: The terrace at the restaurant/breakfast room is only accessible via a 5 cm high threshold.
  • Elevator 1 (to the evaluated room 403, revolving restaurant and WC in the basement) is 100 cm x 120 cm.
  • Elevator 2 (to the evaluated room 801 and meeting rooms) is 110 cm x 210 cm.
  • Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 81 cm wide. Exception: The door to the public toilet for people with disabilities is 75 cm wide.
  • The reception desk is 115 cm high.
  • There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the dining rooms (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

    to the left of the bed 200 cm x 160 cm; to the right of the bed 100 cm x 160 cm.
  • The bed is 50 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of the WC and the washbasin 130 cm x 130 cm;
    to the left of the WC 130 cm x 50 cm; to the right of the WC 30 cm x 50 cm.
  • There are fold-up grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible. The mirror is not visible when sitting. 
  • The shower without threshold is 105 cm x 130 cm. A shower seat is available, but no grab rails.
  • There is no alarm trigger. 

Room 801 (double room)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 200 cm x 120 cm;
    to the left of the bed 90 cm x 150 cm; to the right of the bed 145 cm x 150 cm.
  • The bed is 50 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of the WC and the washbasin 120 cm x 105 cm;
    there is no manoeuvring space to the left and right of the WC.
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible. The mirror is not visible when sitting. 
  • The shower without threshold is 120 cm x 97 cm. A shower seat is available, but no grab rails.
  • There is no alarm trigger. 

WC for people with disabilities in the basement

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of the sink 200 cm x 200 cm;
    in front of the WC 120 cm x 105 cm;
    to the left of the WC 65 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the WC 20 cm x 70 cm.
  • There are fold-up grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
  • The sink has limited access. 
  • There is no alarm trigger.

  • In the dining rooms there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).

Room 403 and 801 (double room)

  • There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
  • The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
  • WiFi is offered.
