Camembert Spread: Obatzta
Even though the name of this delicious cheese spread might be hard to pronounce for the American tongue, the hearty taste sure can be appreciated!
1 (8- to 10-ounce) very ripe Camembert 1⁄2 small yellow onion, peeled and very finely chopped 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened 1 teaspoon paprika 3 tablespoons sour cream Salt and freshly milled black pepper 1. Mash the Camembert with a fork 2. Mix Camembert with the onion, butter, paprika, and sour cream in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate. 3.
