  • There are three parking spaces for people with disabilities in the hotel's own underground parking garage.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator. 
  • All accessible and raised doors/passages are at least 80 cm wide.
  • Rooms are designed to be barrier-free.
  • The WC in the rooms can be accessed from one side (at least 90 cm). There is a folding grab rail at least on the accessible side of the toilet. 
  • The washbasin has limited wheelchair access and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
  • In the breakfast room and in the business and bar area, there are tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side of the toilet. 
  • Aids provided: height-adjustable care bed (from external service provider)

  • There is no audio induction loop system at the reception / counter.  
  • In the event of an audible alarm (e.g. fire alarm), there is a clearly visible flashing or blinking signal in the following rooms: rooms 102, 202 and 302.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. Alternatively, stairs are available. 
  • In the breakfast room and in the business and bar area, there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, with no lamps standing or hanging on them that would interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
  • In the barrier-free rooms, there is at least one freely available socket near the bed.
  • The following aids are available: Vibrating alarm clock

  • Assistance dogs (guide dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/provision. 
  • The entrance area is visually contrasted with the surroundings.
  • The signage (for orientation) is designed in easily legible and high-contrast lettering.
  • Almost all elevated areas that can be used by guests (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. The stopping position is announced by voice. 
  • Steps in the stairwell are not visually rich in contrast. The stairs have a handrail on one side. 
  • The lettering on the menu in the business and bar area is unadorned and visually rich in contrast.

  • The hotel name and logo are clearly recognizable from the outside. 
  • The reception desk is directly visible from the entrance door.
  • A business card with the hotel's address and telephone number is visibly displayed at the reception desk or in the bedroom.
  • There is no menu with pictures and the food is not visibly presented.
