  • There are two designated parking spaces for people with disabilities at the entrance (space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
  • The grounds and all rooms and areas that can be used by guests are step-free or accessible via a dock.
  • Almost all raised doors/passages that can be used by guests are at least 80 cm wide.
  • Exception: In holiday home No. 5 the doors are at least 66 cm wide.
  • The reception is 122 cm high. There is another, equivalent means of communication while sitting.
  • External paths are at least 120 cm wide, are mostly easy to walk on and drive on and have a maximum longitudinal gradient of up to 13%.
  • There are accessible tables in the breakfast room/restaurant in the beach house (maximum height 80 cm, accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Holiday house 5

  • All holiday homes are identical in construction.
  • There is a parking space at the holiday home.
  • The holiday home is accessible via an 18 cm step. A dock ramp can be provided upon request.
  • Doors and passageways are at least 66 cm wide.
  • The movement areas in the living/dining area are at least 150 cm x 150 cm.
  • The movement areas in the bedroom are:
    to the right of the bed 45 cm x 240 cm, to the left the bed is against the wall.
  • The bed is 57 cm high.
  • The bathroom with shower is not designed for people with disabilities (very small movement areas, no grab bars, etc.).

Public toilet for people with disabilities (ground floor)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of/behind the door and of the toilet at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
    in front of the washbasin 160 cm x 130 cm;
    left and right of the toilet at least 90 cm x 70 cm.
  • There is a grab rail on the left side of the toilet. The grab rail can be flipped-up.
  • The sink has limited access.
  • The mirror is not visible while sitting.
  • An alarm trigger is available.

  • In the breakfast room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.

  • There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
  • W-LAN is offered.
