St. Nicholas' Church Museum

St. Nicholas' Church Museum (Michael Töller)

Visit Berlin’s oldest church!

This important medieval building is the centrepiece of Berlin’s historical Nikolai Quarter. After the majority of the structure was destroyed during the Second World War, it was reconstructed and opened as a museum in 1987. The permanent exhibition focuses on the building and its significance for the city’s history. The museum’s permanent offerings are complemented by alternating art installations and a musical programme.
