Tourist-Information Nonnenhorn
Our tourist information office offers a variety of flyers and brochures as well as accessible toilets, including wheelchair-friendly toilets.
A ground-floor entrance area leads to the foyer in the basement of the Haus des Gastes, also known as "Stedi". During opening hours, the staff at the tourist information office are the point of contact for all questions about Nonnenhorn, excursions, appointments and much more. The building is also open at weekends and in the evenings, as there is a pizzeria on the upper floor. This ensures access to flyers and information material about Nonnenhorn and the excursion destinations around Lake Constance. Outside opening hours, you can enter the building at any time with the Euro key and also have access to the public wheelchair-accessible toilet, which can also be unlocked with the Euro key.

- There is at least one parking space for people with disabilities.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are raised are accessible without steps/at ground level.
- All doors/passages and paths that can be used and are raised for the guest are at least 90 cm wide.
- The counter is 104 cm high, there is no alternative means of communication while seated.
- There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from one side (at least 90 cm). A grab rail hangs from the ceiling of the toilet.

- The signage (for orientation) is designed in easy-to-read, high-contrast lettering.
- All areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
- Stair treads are not visually rich in contrast. The stairs have handrails on both sides.
- Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.
