- The entrance to the Tourist Information can be accessed without steps or thresholds. The door is opened without any effort on your part (lever handle, light barrier, motion detector, etc.).
- The consultation counter is 76 cm to 128 cm high.
- All evaluated doors are at least 90 cm wide.
- All evaluated rooms available to the guest are accessible at ground level.
- Guided tours (mudflat walks) are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. A reservation is desired. Special wheelchairs are provided for the hike.

in front of the toilet and in front of the washbasin 108 cm x 121 cm ;
left of the toilet 86 cm x 73 cm and right of the toilet 17 cm x 73 cm. - The sink is wheelchair compatible.
