  • There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities in the "St.-Castor-Straße".
  • The building is accessible without steps via a ramp. The ramp has a maximum gradient of 9 % and a total length of 4 m.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible without steps.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 85 cm wide.
  • The counter is 107 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which is accessible from both sides (minimum 80 cm). There are folding grab rails on the left and right of the toilet.  
  • Guided tours are offered for people with walking impairments, but not for wheelchair users. A reservation in advance is necessary.
