- There are four parking spaces for people with disabilities.
- The Bad Rodach Thermalbad bus stop is 70 meters away.
- Almost all rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are step-free/at ground level or accessible via an elevator. The restaurant is an exception. It is only accessible via stairs.
- All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 80 cm wide.
- There is a sanitary room available for people with disabilities.
- The toilet in this room is accessible from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
- The shower in the sanitary room for people with disabilities is accessible without steps. There are grab rails in the shower. A shower seat is available.
- For scheduled treatments or upon prior request—a passenger lift is available to ensure safe access to the therapeutic pools (not all areas are accessible by lift)
- There are shallow steps with a handrail for access to the outdoor pools.
- In the sauna, the manoeuvring space in front of the lower bench is usually at least 120 cm x 120 cm.
