Some accessibility notices are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report at the end of the text.

  • There is a designated parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
  • The path between the parking lot and the main entrance is 35 m long and easy to walk and drive on.
  • Access to the building is stepless.
  • All rooms that can be used by guests and are elevated are accessible at ground level or via an elevator. 
  • The elevator car is 110 cm x 143 cm.
  • All passageways/doors are at least 80 cm wide.
  • The reception counter is 95 cm high. There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
  • Tables with wheelchair access are available in the restaurant and on the terrace.

Room 26 (double room)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are as follows:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 200 cm x 200 cm;
    to the left of the bed 81 cm x 200 cm; to the right of the bed 82 cm x 200 cm.
  • The bed is 52 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of the washbasin 115 cm x 98 cm; in front of the WC 175 cm x 77 cm;
    to the left of the WC 98 cm x 50 cm; to the right of the WC 28 cm x 50 cm.
  • There are no grab rails.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen when sitting and standing.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (permanently installed, foldable, hook-in or mobile and stable).
  • An alarm trigger is not available.

Room 19 (double room)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 200 cm x 90 cm;
    to the left of the bed 95 cm x 200 cm; to the right of the bed 90 cm x 200 cm.
  • The bed is 58 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of the washbasin and in front of the WC 163 cm x 126 cm;
    there are no manoeuvring spaces to the left and right of the toilet.
  • There are no grab rails.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen when sitting and standing.
  • The shower has a threshold of 2 cm and measures 164 cm x 86 cm.
  • There are no grab rails in the shower and no shower seat. 
  • There is no alarm trigger.

Room 24 (double room)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 200 cm x 161 cm;
    to the left of the bed 80 cm x 200 cm; to the right of the bed 171 cm x 200 cm.
  • The bed is 57 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of the washbasin and in front of the WC 116 cm x 78 cm;
    to the left of the WC 34 cm x 50 cm; to the right of the WC 43 cm x 50 cm.
  • There are no grab rails.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
  • The shower is steplessly accessible. There is a 10 cm threshold. There are no grab rails in the shower.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (permanently installed, foldable, hook-in or mobile and stable).
  • An alarm trigger is not available.

Public WC for people with disabilities

  • The manoeuvring spaces are as follows:
    in front of the washbasin and in front of the WC 116 cm x 97 cm;
    to the left of the WC 88 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the WC 38 cm x 70 cm.
  • There are flipped-up grab rails on both sides of the toilet.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • There is no alarm trigger.

  • There is no clearly visible alarm. 
  • There is no audio induction loop system. 
  • There are tables in the restaurant with bright and glare-free lighting, with no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision.
  • In rooms 19, 24 and 26 (double rooms) there is at least one freely available socket near the bed.
  • Wi-Fi access is available free of charge.
  • Knocking on the room doors is not indicated by a flashing signal.

  • Assistance dogs may be brought along.
  • The entrance is visually rich in contrast.
  • All elevated areas that can be used by guests are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.   
  • The signage is designed in legible, high-contrast lettering.  
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically.  
  • Stair treads are not visually rich in contrast.  Stairs have a handrail on one side.
  • The menu font is unadorned and visually rich in contrast. There is no menu in large print.
  • There is no information available in Braille or prismatic writing.
  • Aids offered: Reading aids (reading glasses, magnifying glasses etc.)

  • Business cards with the address and telephone number of the hotel are available at the reception desk and are displayed in the rooms.

  • There is no information in easy language.
