Tourist-Information Ludwigslust (Anne Wilken)

Whether on Schloßstraße, in the extensive park or in the castle itself:  In Ludwigslust, visitors encounter the town's magnificent past at every turn. The tourist information office is located in Schloßstraße in Ludwigslust and offers visitors a wide range of services, including ticket and event services, guided tours of the town and park (by advance booking), and sightseeing tours for groups with their own bus.

  • All doors/passages usable and raised for the guest are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The counter is 80 cm high at the lowest point.   
  • There is a public restroom for people with disabilities that is accessible from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are fold-down grab bars on both the left and right sides of the restroom.  
  • Guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Advance reservation is required.
