schauraum: comic + cartoon

schauraum: comic + cartoon (Carsten Schmitz)

At schauraum: comic + cartoon everything revolves around the Ninth Art: exhibitions, lectures, guided tours and workshops.

The Museum of Art and Cultural History (MKK), the City and State Library, the City Archive, the Cultural Office and the UZWEI Education Floor in Dortmund U are working together on this cooperative project. Over a period of 3 years, the topic of comics will not only be called up sporadically, but consistently as a program, and various possibilities around the medium of comics will be tested.
