  • The building is stepless accessible. 
  • All rooms usable and elevated for the guest are accessible at ground level or by elevator.
  • The elevator car is 200 cm x 160 cm. 
  • All doors/passages usable and elevated for the guest are at least 90 cm wide. 
  • The reception desk is 105 cm high. There is another equivalent communication option available while seated. 
  • In the breakfast room and bar there are tables that can be lowered (maximum height 80 cm, can be lowered to a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

  • There are five other rooms of the same construction.  
  • There is a connecting door to another room. 
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of essential, fixed furnishings (e.g. cupboard) are at least 130 cm x 150 cm;
    to the left of the bed 105 cm x 140 cm; to the right of the bed 160 cm x 200 cm. The bed can be moved to provide a larger movement area on the left.  
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of/behind the door, in front of the WC and in front of the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;  
    to the left of the WC 20 cm x 70 cm and to the right of the WC 90 cm x 70 cm.  
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The grab rails are flipped up. 
  • The washbasin can be moved underneath. 
  • The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
  • The threshold-free shower has a movement area of 150 cm x 150 cm. 
  • Shower chair and grab rail are provided. 
  • There is an alarm trigger. 

Public toilet for people with disabilities (basement)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of/behind the door, in front of the WC and in front of the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
    to the left and right of the WC at least 90 cm x 70 cm. 
  • Grab rails are provided to the left and right of the WC. The grab rails are flipped up. 
  • The washbasin can be moved underneath. 
  • The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
  • There is an alarm trigger.
