The Tourist Information Bingen is located directly at the Rhine quay and near the railway station Bingen (Rhine) Stadt. The services offered range from the organization of city and museum tours and the supervision of travel groups up to complete travel arrangements including hotel bookings and visit programs.

  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp. 
  • There are no gradients of more than 6%.
  • All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The consultation counter is 85 cm high at its lowest point.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities that can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side of the toilet. 
  • Guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Advance booking is necessary. 
  • Mobile or fixed seating is available for people with walking disabilities, which can be used during the tour.
