- A parking space for people with disabilities is available.

- All guest-accessible areas and facilities are step-free/at ground level or accessible by elevator.
- All guest-accessible doors and passageways are at least 90 cm wide. Exception: Some doors and passageways in the sauna area are 65 cm to 87 cm wide.
- There is a lowered reception desk.
- Accessible rooms are available.
- The toilet in the room is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). Fold-down grab bars are available to the left and right of the toilet.
- The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible even when seated.
- Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab bar and a shower chair are provided.
- The restaurant features tables that are up to 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
- A wellness area is available. This was surveyed but not included in the evaluation.
- Public restrooms for people with disabilities are available, which are accessible from both sides (at least 80 cm). Fold-down grab bars are available to the left and right of the toilet.
