  • There are five parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • The Sporthalle bus stop is 250 m away. 
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp. The slides are only accessible via steps.
  • There are no inclines of more than 9%.
  • All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 80 cm wide.
  • A sanitary room is available for people with disabilities.  
  • The toilet in this room can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail at least on the accessible side of the toilet.  
  • The shower in the sanitary room for people with disabilities is steplessly accessible. There are grab rails in the shower. A shower seat is available.
  • There are flat steps with handrails to enter the pool. 
  • There is a ramp to access the adventure wave pool and the Wonni-Land children's world.
  • A wheelchair is provided. 
  • Wheelchair-compatible tables are available in the “Miramar” and “Vistamar” restaurants (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side of the toilet.

  • There is no clearly visible alarm.
  • There is no audio induction loop system.
  • In the restaurants "Miramar" and "Vistamar" there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
  • In the restaurant "Vistamar" is a seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).
