SLYRS Experience World

SLYRS Experience World (Slyrs Destillerie GmbH & Co. KG)

SLYRS Destillerie GmbH & Co.KG

In the heart of the Bavarian Alps, right on the shores of Lake Schliersee, a whisky that sets new standards has been crafted since 1999. Awarded “Best Whisky Distillery National 2026,” SLYRS stands for the highest quality, a spirit of innovation, and an unmistakable character.

The state-of-the-art distillery is among the most advanced in Europe, combining sustainable technology with traditional craftsmanship. Only Bavarian grain and pure Alpine spring water are used. With passion, experience, and a keen sense of flavor, the distillers create distinctive whiskies and liqueurs that have won numerous international awards.

In the SLYRS Experience World, visitors get an up-close look at the production process: copper stills, barrel cellars, and the scent of the “Angel’s Share.” Whether on a self-guided tour or a guided tour—here, whiskey becomes an experience.

The distillery and shop are open 365 days a year.
