Hotel "Modi"
The owner-managed Hotel Modi, which has been awarded the top grade of “A” by the Green Stay Initiative, meets the highest standards. Due to the good location, munich airport and munich city centre can be reached within 20 minutes. As an additional offer, the hotel offers an on-site wellness area and a gym. - There is no parking space for people with disabilities.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator.
- All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 90 cm wide.
- Two barrier-free rooms are available.
- The WC in the room can be partially accessed from the side. There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
- The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
- Access to the shower is via a 2 cm high threshold. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
- There are tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
- A wellness area is available.
- All raised doors and passages in the wellness area are at least 80 cm wide (exception: doors to the changing room 68 cm, to the infrared cabin 59 cm, to the Finnish sauna 71 cm).
- There is a public toilet for people with disabilities that can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side.
