- There are three public parking spaces for people with disabilities directly in front of the hotel.
- The Alexanderplatz S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations and the Mollstr./Otto-Braun Str. tram stop are 300 meters away.
- All rooms and facilities accessible to guests are step-free/at ground level or accessible via ramps or elevators.
- There are no gradients of more than 6%.
- All doors/passages accessible to guests are at least 90 cm wide.
- The reception desk is 120 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication option available while seated.
- There are 12 barrier-free rooms available.
- The toilet in these rooms is accessible from both sides (at least 90 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
- The sink is wheelchair accessible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
