The Cochem Youth Hostel has 146 beds in rooms for 1, 2 and 4 people and multi-bed occupancy. All rooms are equipped with shower/toilet.

Very modern and one of the most beautiful youth hostels in the world. The Cochem Moselle Valley Youth Hostel is situated above the banks of the Moselle with an incredible view over the Moselle, the city of Cochem and the castle "Reichsburg". The Moselle is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany, and Cochem is the tourist center on the Moselle. The youth hostel has 7 lounges and event rooms of various sizes for 10 to 130 people, which can be combined to accommodate up to 180 people.

  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are raised are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator. 
  • All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 90 cm wide.
  • There are six barrier-free rooms.
  • The WC in the room can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side. 
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
  • Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
  • There are tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm. 
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which is easily accessible from one side (60 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side.
