  • The customer parking lot is located on Hermann-Löns-Weg. There are no designated parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • The path from the parking lot to the entrance is 23 m long and has a longitudinal gradient of 14%. 
  • There are further short-term parking spaces on Brockenstrasse.
  • The Schierke bus stop is 50 m away.
  • The building has step-free access via a 4 cm threshold.
  • The entrance door is at least 90 cm wide.
  • The advice counter is 80 cm high at its lowest point. Seating is available.
  • Outdoor paths are at least 110 cm wide and are easy to walk on and drive on.
  • Individual tours can be arranged upon request.
  • There is a public toilet facility on the opposite side of the street. The path is 30 meters long. The toilet facility has a toilet for people with disabilities. This can be opened with a Euro key. There is also a toilet for men and women. Access is 50 cents.

  • The stairs to the entrance have handrails on both sides and are not designed to be visually contrasting.
  • The entrance is visually rich in contrast.
  • All raised areas that can be used by guests are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • There are no visually high-contrast or tactile ground indicators available.
