Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report. 

  •  There is a parking space for people with disabilities in the underground garage.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator. 
  • All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 89 cm wide. Exception: the sauna door. 
  • The reception desk is 115 cm high. There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
  • A barrier-free room is available. 
  • The WC in the room can be accessed from the right (at least 90 cm). There is a folding grab rail at least on the accessible side of the toilet.
  • The washbasin can be driven under and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • Access to the shower is stepless. A grab rail and a shower chair are available. 
  • The worktop and sink in the kitchenette are not wheelchair accessible. 
  • There are wheelchair-accessible tables in the breakfast room (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair-accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm). 
  • A wellness area is available. This was surveyed but not included in the assessment.
  • There is a public WC for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides (at least 85 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.

  • There is no audio induction loop system available. 
  • Wi-Fi is available.
  • At least one double room is available.
  • There is a freely available socket near the bed.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is only confirmed acoustically. Alternatively, stairs are available.  
  • In breakfast-room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, where there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
