  • There are 23 parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator. 
  • All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The counter is 89 cm high. There is no alternative means of communication while seated.
  • The lowest point of the checkroom is 100 cm high.  
  • Seating is available.
  • Depending on the event, designated wheelchair spaces are available.
  • There are five public toilets for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides. There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC.   
  • There are separate spaces for wheelchair users.

  • There is a good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background. Numbers, letters (up to 4 characters) or pictograms are tactile (e.g. relief or prismatic lettering).
  • All areas are brightly lit and glare-free.
  • Control elements are tactilely detectable.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically.
  • The stopping position is announced by voice in the elevator.
  • Stairs have handrails on both sides.
