- There are no designated parking spaces for guests with disabilities in the hotel's underground parking garage, but two parking spaces can be reserved upon request.

- All doors/passageways that can be used by guests are at least 80 cm wide.
- There is a lowered reception desk.

- The toilet in the room is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
- Access to the shower is via a 1 cm high threshold. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
