Nature Experience in the Aatal with Barefood Path

Nature Experience in the Aatal with Barefood Path (Simon Kesting)

The paddling pond in the Naturerlebnis Aatal in Bad Wünnenberg has a wide range of activities to offer and is the ideal place to go for a nice day outdoors with the whole family. The approximately 600-meter-long circular path around the paddling pond in the Naturerlebnis Aatal invites you to take a leisurely, short walk with plenty of opportunities to linger.

Around the paddling pond runs the approx. 1 kilometer long barefoot path with over 20 different surfaces. A special but also fun experience for the whole family. And who knows that a relaxing walk on the barefoot path is also good for your health? Small and large pebbles, soft grass, massaging expanded clay and muddy loam provide a different kind of foot reflexology massage and promote blood circulation, while a walk through the ice-cold riverbed really gets the circulation going. Some of the stations are supported by a handrail, which provides the necessary grip and safety in each case. At the end, you can fortify yourself with coffee and cake or enjoy a delicious ice cream in the adjacent Aatalhaus.
