- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator.
- All passages/doors and paths are at least 80 cm wide. With the exception of the door to the public WC (70 cm).
- At least one double room is available.
- The WC in the rooms cannot be accessed from the side. There is a folding grab rail on the left-hand side of the WC (room 114).
- The washbasin is wheelchair compatible.
- The shower is accessible via a maximum step of 19 cm. There is a shower seat and a grab rail (room 114).
- There are tables in the restaurant and breakfast room that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
