The Villa "Seebeck" was rebuit into a Café, Restaurant and Lounge with a lot of effort and moreover comprises of a winter garden and a summer terrace with a view to the "Geeste". Next to  homemade cakes and pies, we offer a menu with many seasonal dishes, a varying lunch table and all that freshly prepared of course.   • There is a marked parking lot for people with disabilities. 
  • The bus stop Hochschule BHV/Stadttheater is 150 m away.
  • The building is steplessly accessible via a ramp.
  • The ramp has a maximum gradient of 6%.
  • Almost all rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible at ground level or via an elevator. Exception: A separate guest room is only accessible via a 10 cm step.
  • All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The restaurant/café (conservatory) has wheelchair-accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair-accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
  • There is a public WC for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from at least one side (at least 90 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.

  • There is no clearly optically perceptible alarm.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically. Alternatively, stairs are available.
  • In the restaurant/café (separate room) there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the visual field or eye contact. There are seating areas with low background noises (e.g. seating corner, separate room).

  • The entrance is not visually rich in contrast.
  • Almost all elevated areas that can be used by guests are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free. Exception: the WC.
