The Tourist Information is located directly opposite the main station. Here you will receive a comprehensive service for your visit to Hannover. Just call or visit the friendly staff on site.

The service includes: Advance ticket sales for the International Fireworks Competition, Hannover Adventure Zoo, the GOP Varieté Theater, and annual passes for the Herrenhausen Gardens. You can also get city maps, brochures, postcards, books and souvenir items. Do you need information about sights, tourist facilities, excursion destinations or city history? Then the Tourist Information staff will also be happy to help you.

  • There is a marked parking lot for people with disabilities. 
  • The main train station is 30 meters away. 
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or via elevator. 
  • Doors are at least 90 cm wide. 
  • The reception desk/counter/cash desk is at its lowest point 80 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position. 
  • Guided tours for people with disabilities are offered. 
  • Mobile or fixed seating is available for people with mobility impairments, which can be used during the tour.
