- There are five designated parking spaces for people with disabilities in the underground garage and one in the inner courtyard, which can be used on request.
- The building is accessible without steps.
- All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via elevators. The elevator cabins are 107 cm x 207 cm.
- All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 89 cm wide (or alternatives are available).
- The reception desk is 115-120 cm high. There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
- Wheelchair compatible tables are available in the breakfast area (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
- Beds that can be driven under can be provided on request.
Rooms 118 and 624 (double room)
- According to the company, there are nine rooms of this room type.
- The manoeuvring space in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) and to the left or right of the bed is at least 160 cm x 160 cm. (In room 624, there is this manoeuvring space on both sides of the bed).
- The bed is 54 cm high. (In room 624, the bed is 60 cm high).
- There is an emergency call bell directly at the bed; it triggers an alarm signal at reception.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
in front of the washbasin and WC at least 200 cm x 150 cm;
to the left of the WC 130 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the WC 40 cm x 70 cm. - There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet. The grab rails can be folded up.
- The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
- The threshold-free showers are 200 cm x 150 cm. Grab rails and a shower seat are provided in each case.

Room 124 (double room)
- According to the company, there are 21 rooms of this room type.

- There is an audio induction loop system at the reception.
- There is no inductive hearing system in the conference rooms.
- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed visually.
- The alarm is clearly visible in all barrier-free designed rooms (permanently installed flashing light).
- In addition, Deafgards (mobile devices) are available: the alarm signal of a smoke detector activates a vibration cushion and a stroboscopic light. The devices also function as vibration alarm clocks.
- There is a radio bell with flashing light in room 118.
- There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
- In some rooms (e.g. 118 and 624) there is an emergency bell directly at the bedside, which triggers an alarm signal at the reception.
- In the breakfast room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).
