The youth hostel offers the ideal setting for group and class trips to the region around the Szczecin Lagoon. In addition, cyclists, hikers and water tourers can also be accommodated in the house. Camping is possible in the open-air area and the harbour has moorings for guest skippers. The ZERUM, the harbour and the high ropes course are largely barrier-free.

  • There is a parking lot, but none marked for people with disabilities.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp. 
  • All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests are at least 90 cm wide.
  • There are four barrier-free rooms available. A care bed can be provided.
  • The WC in the room can be accessed from both sides (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.  
  • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
  • Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
  • There are tables in the dining room that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • The experience area is not wheelchair-accessible. 
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.

  • There is no visually perceptible alarm in the building.
  • There is no audio induction loop system.
  • There are bright, glare-free tables in the dining room with no lamps or hanging lamps that restrict the field of vision. Seating areas with low ambient noise are available.
  • Freely available electrical outlets near the bed are provided in the evaluated rooms.
