The tourist information of Zella-Mehlis is located directly at the market of Mehlis. There is a barrier-free parking lot next to the building. Guests can get informations about the offers of the state-approved resort town and the whole travel destination of Thuringia. Also, accommodation and guided tours are arranged. Event tickets, long-distance bus tickets and souvenirs are available. Especially guests with limited mobility will find excellent conditions here, such as a wide entrance autmatic door accessible at ground level and a barrier-free toilet including changing table. For visitors with hearing impairments, a mobile ring loop for CI wearers as well as hearing aid wearers with a T-coil is available at the counter.

  • The building is steplessly accessible via the main and side entrance.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The counter is at its lowest point 74 cm high.
