Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

  • There are five parking spaces for people with disabilities. 
  • All rooms and facilities available to guests are either step-free/at ground level or accessible via a ramp, elevators, or a stairlift. 
  • All doors and passageways available to guests are at least 80 cm wide. Sauna doors are excluded.
  • The reception desk is 110 cm high. An alternative, equivalent means of communication while seated is available. 
  • One accessible room is available. The bed height can be adjusted electrically.
  • The toilet in the room is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). Fold-down grab bars are available to the left and right of the toilet.  
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible even when seated.
  • Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab bar and a shower chair are provided.
  • The restaurant has tables that are no more than 80 cm high and are wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • A wellness area is available. This was surveyed but not included in the evaluation.
  • There are no assistive devices for entering the swimming pool.  
  • There are two public restrooms for people with disabilities, both of which are accessible from either side (at least 80 cm). There are fold-down grab bars on the left and right sides of the restroom.

  • Wi-Fi is available.
  • In the rooms surveyed, there is at least one freely accessible electrical outlet near the bed. 
  • An emergency call made from the elevator is confirmed only by an audible signal. Stairs are available as an alternative. 
  • The restaurant features tables with bright, glare-free lighting; there are no lamps standing or hanging above the tables that obstruct the field of vision or eye contact.
