  • The castle tower can only be reached via a staircase with 10 steps.
  • All rooms and facilities within the castle tower that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator. 
  • All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
  • Exhibits and information are mainly visible from a seated position.
  • The counter/cash desk is 95 cm high at its lowest point. There is no alternative way of communicating while seated.
  • Seating is available.
  • There is a public toilet, but none for people with disabilities.
