Tourist Information Simmern-Rheinböllen

Our tourist information is located in the middle of the district town Simmern/Hunsrück. In the New Castle at the Schlossplatz within the pedestrian zone you can get brochures about our region, book overnight stays and get competent advice.

In addition, you can get tickets for events, great products from SOO-Nahe, find out about and register for courses at the Hunsrück Adult Education Center or book event rooms for your own festivities.

As a competent partner in tourism and leisure activities, we are always at your disposal. Just drop by or give us a call!

  • There is a parking lot for people with disabilities.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are raised are accessible without steps/at ground level or via a ramp or elevator. 
  • All doors/passages and paths that can be used and are raised for guests are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The counter/cash desk is 72 cm high at its lowest point. There is a possibility to communicate while seated.
  • There is a public WC for people with disabilities that can be accessed from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a folding grab rail on the accessible side.
