  • There are two designated parking spaces for people with disabilities. The way from the parking lot to the entrance leads over a 20 m long ramp with a maximum inclination of 8% (intermediate platforms available).
  • The bus stop "Industriegebet Süd" is located 100 m away. The route from the bus stop to the entrance is via a staircase with 5 steps.
  • The office is accessible without steps.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide, with the exception of the WCs.
  • The consultation tables are wheelchair compatible.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a foldable grab rail on the accessible side of the toilet.
