- There are four marked parking spaces for people with disabilities in the underground garage.
- The bus stop "Augustaplatz".is 70 m away.
- The building is accessible without steps.
- All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible without steps.
- The ramp to meeting rooms 1 and 2 has a gradient of 10 % and a total length of 8 m.
- All doors/passages usable by the guest and raised are at least 80 cm wide except between fixed rows of seats (narrower than 70 cm).
- Seating is flexible in most rooms. There are fixed rows of seats in the Auditorium and Congress Hall 1. Only in the Auditorium are there designated seats for wheelchair users; these are accessible without steps and with a maximum longitudinal incline of 6%.
- There are two public restrooms for people with disabilities, both of which are accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a fold-down grab bar on the accessible side of the restroom.
