Behind the historic brick facade of the former Schultheiss brewery, modern ease is combined with tradition.

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users ". 

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report. 

  • There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities in the underground car park.
  • The bus stop at the corner of Kirchhofstr. and Triftstr. is approx. 300 m away.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via elevators.
  • All doors/passageways accessible to guests are at least 82 cm wide. Exception: the door to the event sauna is 69 cm wide.
  • The reception desk is 115 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication option available while seated.
  • There are eight barrier-free rooms available.
  • The toilet in the room can be approached from the right or left side (at least 90 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • The sink is wheelchair accessible and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • The shower is accessible without a threshold. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
  • In the breakfast room and in the “Brennbar” bistro, there are tables that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.

  • The alarm is visually clearly perceptible in the following rooms: in all rooms and in the corridors
  • There is an audio induction loop at the reception.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. 
  • Alternatively stairs are available. 
  • In the breakfast room and in the La Havanita Bar there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
  • There is a seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).
