Find out about accommodations, guided tours and other activities. You can buy tickets to events and guided tours directly in our ticket store. We also offer all visitors a store with selected small souvenirs and souvenirs. Find out about events and recreational opportunities at the digital displays or browse the flyer library for what interests you.  Our team looks forward to your visit.

  • There is a parking space available for people with disabilities. 
  • The Parkstraße bus stop is 30 meters away. 
  • All rooms and facilities accessible to guests are step-free and at ground level. 
  • All doors, passageways, and pathways accessible to guests are at least 80 cm wide.
  • The information counter is 77 cm high.
  • Most information is visible while seated.
  • There is no public restroom for people with disabilities.
  • The nearest restroom facility with a public restroom for people with disabilities is located approximately 80 meters away in the park across the street (signs are posted from the Tourist Information Center). It can be opened with the Euro Key, which can be borrowed here at the Tourist Information Center. 
  • No guided tours are offered for people with mobility impairments or wheelchair users.
