Spa park Bad Schmiedeberg with graduation tower

Kurpark Bad Schmiedeberg mit Gradierwerk – 500 m Wegstrecke

The “Städtische Eisenmoorbad” was founded in Schmiedeberg in 1878.  As early as 1874, the associated stately park had been laid out as the  Garnisonspark. It has been redesigned and extended on several occasions. A  comprehensive renovation took place in 2007. Since then, the magnolia grove, the bog and  herb axis, the rose garden and the border of perennials have been charming  garden features.
