At the Tourist Information Centre in Nienburg/Weser, guests can get information about the town of Nienburg and the entire Middle Weser region. The Weser River is practically on the doorstep and cyclists on the Weser Cycle Route pass right by the tourist information office. In addition to finding accommodation and advice on excursion destinations and events, guests can also book tickets for the passenger boat service or city tours here.

  • Main and side entrances to the tourist information are accessible without steps (door threshold 2 cm).
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for guests are accessible without steps. 
  • Exterior walkways are at least 300 cm wide. 
  • Doors are at least 145 cm wide. 
  • The counter is 75 cm high at the lowest point. 
  • Guided tours are provided for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Mobile or fixed seating is available for use during the tour. The entire route of the guided tour is not step-free for wheelchair users. Advance reservation is necessary.
