Barrier-free information
All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".
Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.
- There are two parking spaces for people with disabilities.
- Almost all rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator.
- Exceptions: The saunas are only accessible via steps.
- All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 80 cm wide.
- One barrier-free room is available.
- The WC in the room can be accessed from both sides. There are folding grab rails on both sides of the WC.
- The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
- Access to the shower is barrier-free. A shower chair is available. A grab rail on the WC can be used to provide support in the shower.
- There is an alarm trigger in the WC.
- There are tables in the restaurant that are max. 80 cm high and wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
- There are two public WCs for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from both sides (at least 90 cm). There are folding grab rails on both sides of the toilet.
- A wellness area is available.
- To enter the pool, there are flat steps with handrails and a raised pool edge at seat height above the pool surround.
- The saunas are only accessible via steps. A sauna wheelchair is available on request.

- Stair treads are not visually rich in contrast. Stairs have at least one handrail on one side (except in front of the saunas).
- The lettering on the menu in the restaurant is uncluttered and visually rich in contrast.

- The destinations of the paths are within sight or there are signs at a constantly visible distance.
