  • There is one unmarked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm). 
  • The path from the car park to the main entrance is 120 m long. It is partially not easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 11 % over a distance of 20 m.  
  • The building is steplessly accessible via the main entrance (door sill 5 cm) and via the side entrance (door sill 3 cm).
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level or via  a ramp or via an elevator. 
  • The lift (cabin size 99 cm x 1390 cm) is a staff lift. However, if necessary, it can also be used by guests accompanied by service staff. Please enquire if required.
  • The ramp behind the door at the main entrance has a maximum slope of 6 % and a total length of 5 m.
  • The reception counter is 95 cm high. There is an equivalent communication possibility in a sitting position.
  • Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 80 cm wide.  Exceptions: doors to public toilets with door widths of 57 cm to 70 cm). 
  • There are no wheelchair accessible tables in the dining room.

Sleeping room 001 (multi-bedroom) on the ground floor

  • The manoeuvring space in the bedroom are:
    in front of essential immobile furnishingsis at least 300 cm x 120 cm;
    to the right of the bed 120 cm x 200 cm, on the left is the bed on the wall. 
  • The bed is 48 cm high. 
  • The door width of the bathroom room is 70 cm.
  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of the toilet and of the washbasin 110 cm x 70cm;
    to the left of the toilet 26 cm x 53 cm, to the right 62 cm x 53 cm.
  • There are no handrails on the toilet.
  • The shower area at ground level is 85 cm x 86 cm.
  • There is no shower chair and horizontal handrails.
  • The washbasin has limited wheelchair access and the mirror cannot be seen while sitting.

Sleeping room 002 (multi-bedroom) on the second floor

  • The manoeuvring space in the bedroom are:
    in front of essential immobile furnishings 200 cm x 120 cm;
    to the right of the bed 225 cm x 200 cm, on the left is the bed on the wall. 
  • The bed is 48 cm high. 
  • There is a shower and washbasin in the room.
  • The WC for room 002 is opposite in the corridor. The WC door is 69 cm wide.  
  • The movement area in front of the washbasin is 100 cm x 50 cm.
  • The shower is not step-free accessible (threshold of 20 cm). 
  • There is no shower chair or grab rails.
  • There is no alarm trigger.

Public toilets on the ground floor and in the basement/conference area (can also be used for rooms 001 and 002)

  • There are no toilets available for people with disabilities.
  • The door widths (e.g. cabin doors) are 57 cm.

  • There is no visibly perceptible alarm.
  • There is no audio induction loop.
  • The lift is a staff lift. However, if necessary, it can also be used by guests accompanied by service staff. Please enquire if required.
  • In the elevator, an outgoing emergency call is not confirmed audibly.
  • In the dining room, there are tables where there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the visual field. There are no seating areas with low background noises.
  • There is electrical outlet available near the bed in the rooms.

  • Assistance dogs are allowed.
  • The main and rear entrances are visually contrasted to the surroundings and can be recognized by a tactile change of floor covering.
  • All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.  
  • The lift is a staff lift. However, if necessary, it can also be used by guests accompanied by service staff. Please enquire if required.
  • An outgoing emergency call is confirmed audibly in the elevator.
  • Glass doors are not marked with safety markings.
  • There is no uninterrupted guidance system (e.g. floor indicators) in indoor and outdoor areas.
