The tourist information office at Europa-Platz is centrally located, at the end of the well-known watercourse, making it an ideal starting point for a visit to the city. A variety of free parking is available to visitors directly at the tourist information.

If visitors have any questions about the town of Bad Pyrmont, its sights and the surrounding area, they can obtain comprehensive information at the tourist information office. In addition, the friendly staff will be happy to assist in finding and booking rooms and organizing guided tours of the town.

Visitors can also purchase event tickets directly at the tourist information office. A publicly accessible barrier-free WC is located on site.
