Youth Hostel Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Youth Hostel Garmisch-Partenkirchen (DJH Landesverband Bayern e.V.)

Marvel, discover, experience with all your senses.

Ask about our programmes. We offer nature and adventure education as well as cultural programmes for families and groups or school classes through our Alpine Study Site!

You hear Garmisch-Partenkirchen and think of skiing, winter sports and snow fun. But there's also plenty to do here in summer at the foot of the Zugspitze: high mountains, crystal-clear streams, deep blue lakes. Our family|youth hostel is the ideal starting point for families, school classes and groups. Not only that: our hostel is also an Alpine study site. Learn with us from and with nature.

Enjoy the community without barriers:
So that people with walking disabilities can enjoy their stay unhindered, this youth hostel is equipped to meet the needs of wheelchair users who can move their wheelchair themselves.

Our tip: Youth hostels cannot always be correctly assigned to the terms "wheelchair accessible" and "wheelchair-friendly". Before you decide on a stay, get detailed advice from the hostel team.
