- There is at least one parking space for people with disabilities.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests and are raised are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator.
- All doors/passages and paths that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 80 cm wide.
- The counter is 105 cm high. There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
- There is a public toilet for people with disabilities that can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm).
- There are folding grab rails on both sides of the toilet.
