  • There are three marked parking spaces for people with disabilities in the underground parking garage. 
  • The “Havenwelten” bus stop is approx. 750 m away.
  • All rooms that can be used by guests are accessible at ground level or via elevators or ramps. Exception: A few areas in the restaurant/breakfast room are accessible via a step.
  • All raised passages/doors are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The reception counter is 117 cm high. There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
  • One barrier-free room is available.  
  • The WC in the room can be accessed from both sides (at least 90 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.  
  • The washbasin can be driven under and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • Access to the shower is barrier-free. A grab rail and a shower chair are available.
  • There are tables in the dining room / breakfast room that are max. 80 cm high and can be driven under at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
  • There are two public WCs for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from at least one side (at least 90 cm). There is a folding grab rail at least on the accessible side of the toilet.

  • There is no audio induction loop.
  • In the event of an acoustic alarm, no visually perceptible flashing light or flashing signal appears in public areas such as reception area, restaurant, etc.
  • An emergency call is confirmed acoustically in the elevator. Alternatively, stairs are available.
  • In the dining room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, where there are no lamps that restrict the field of vision. 
  • In room 320 there is at least one freely available outlet near the bed. 
  • Free WiFi access is available.

  • The main entrance is visually rich in contrast and can be recognized by a tactile change of floor covering.
  • There are glass doors in the entrance area; these are not marked with safety markings.
  • The evaluated areas that can be used by the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
  • Steps have no contrasting edges.
  • In the elevators, an emergency call is confirmed acoustically. The stopping position is not announced by speech. The operating elements are not visually rich in contrast, but can be tactilely detected.
  • There is no information in Braille or prismatic writing.
