- There are three parking spaces for people with disabilities in the underground parking garage.
- All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps/at ground level or via an elevator.
- All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide. Exception: door in the wellness area.
- The reception desk is 110 cm high. There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
- Two barrier-free rooms are available.
- The WC in these rooms can be accessed from the right (at least 90 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
- The washbasin can be driven under and the mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- Access to the shower is stepless. A grab rail and a shower chair are provided.
- The worktop and sink in the kitchenette are not wheelchair accessible.
- There are wheelchair accessible tables in the restaurant, breakfast room and bar (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
- A wellness area is available. This was surveyed but not included in the assessment.
- There is a public toilet for people with disabilities that can be accessed from at least one side (at least 80 cm). There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
