Guests enter the beautiful tourist information office in Westerstede through the town hall. Whether you are looking for maps, vouchers, admission tickets or information and tips - here you will find everything important and interesting for your vacation.

  • There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • The Westerstede ZOB bus station is 110 m away.
  • The building is steplessly accessible via the side entrance.
  • All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps or via an elevator.
  • All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide.
  • The counter is 72 cm high at its lowest point. There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities that can be accessed from both sides (at least 90 cm). Folding grab rails are available at the WC. 
  • Guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Advance booking is necessary.
